Chaparral Bells

This is the primary training group. Ringers, 5 years old to 12 years old, join this group to establish their ringing experience. Performance recitals are done in conjunction with Bronzeworksä about two to three times a year. Rehearsals are held at Camelback Bible Church, 40th Street and Stanford every Tuesday, from 3:030 to 4:30 PM.
Bronzeworks Towne Choir

This group is the transition from ChaparralBells to Bronzeworks. Rehearsals are Tuesday nights, 6:00 to 7:30 PM. These ringers are given a more responsibility within the group, thus preparing them for advancement to Bronzeworksä. Ages vary and membership is dependant on ringing ability. Towne Choir is a junior-level ensemble, readying ringers for the next level through more intense and greater levels of challenge in music. The Towne Choir is primarily 7th, 8th, and 9th Grade-Level musicians preparing themselves for entry into Bronzeworks.
Bronzeworks

Bronzeworks is a high-profile ensemble demonstrating musical expertise and mature stage presence. Qualifications for membership include (1) the ability to sight-read with ease, (2) a willingness to commit time and effort to rehearsal and concert schedules, (3) the understanding that teamwork and responsibility are synonymous with success. Accomplished ringers are aware that having a job (in addition to school) is often incompatible with the priority of Bronzeworks participation. Bronzeworks performs in private and public venues. The group has a history of collaboration with the Phoenix Symphony Orchestra, as well as the Phoenix Symphony Guild. In addition, they have often performed for the prestigious Fiesta Bowl Governor’s Reception.
Bronzeworks is one of the country’s premiere handbell ensembles. Local and national television stations have featured Bronzeworks in special programs and on newscasts. In addition to local performance opportunities, Bronzeworks toured five European countries in 1993, the Eastern U.S. Seaboard in 1994, Hawaii in 1995, Japan in 1997, Eastern Europe in 2001, Australia in 2003, and the eastern US in 2006 with a live performance on Fox Studio’s Fox and Friends morning show in New York City. Ringers can expect travel opportunity as part of the Bronzeworks experience. In 2007, Bronzeworks brought the house down in their Dallas concert at the AGEHR National Director’s Conference.
Scottsdale Handbell Ensemble

Scottsdale Handbell Ensemble is an adult high profile ensemble demonstrating musical expertise and stage presence. Qualifications for membership include; (1) the ability to sight-read with ease, (2) a willingness to commit time and effort to rehearsal and concert schedules; (3) the understanding that teamwork and responsibility are synonymous with success.
